Cocunut Revival: A poem

          Coconut Revival
When the coconut water is spent
The fleshy whitish skin that glazes
In the solemn sun of comfort
Your rottenness appears of a sudden!
Off the loot of the earth
The nourishment has now failed
The stem cannot hold anymore
The root is withered

The earth must now recuperate
For we await another coconut.
